Asthma, what can I do. No wheezing but breathing very difficult, tried sprays but no improvement?

usually i only get it mild following a cold, but this time no cold but the asthma is terrible if I go near a flower, perfume, ash actually anything. It is a little frightening and a little difficult to speak as i get breathless

Hey. I have brittle Asthma and i have lots of hospital admissions and had 4 intensive care admissions on a life support machine.
You should never wait around to treat asthma, its serious and if left can get dramatically worse very quickly.
You probably need a nebulizer and close monitoring maybe a course of steroid's or some anti biotic.
Please though don't leave it to late or it will be more painful and more serious.
They say if you cant talk properly this is a sign to go in.
