I saw this movie when I was younger. It was about two boys who were both in love with this new girl. One of the boys bought her a nice Valentines Day gift, but the other boy bought her something better. He bought her a necklace with a heart locket. One of the boys would play chicken with the ice cream truck, and ended up getting killed. I think that the ice cream man was bad. His tombstone was an angel, and the girl put the necklace around the angel. Then it started crying.

I saw this when I was really young, and I haven't been able to find out the name, and I haven't found anyone who knows what I'm talking about, so please HELP!
