I am willing to sell some of my Crystals on eBay and I would like to know how much my crystals are worth. I have been collecting crystals for years now. These aren't like jewelry, cut crystals that you could buy at a jewelry store, these are just original clusters and pieces of crystals that you could buy at a crystal, rock store.
I'm selling Crystals like Amethyst, Jade, Quartz, Malachite, Peacock Ore, Turquoise, Tiger Eye, Cat eye, Agate, Snowflake Obsidian, etc...
Now my question is, where can I find a guide or some tips on how much my rocks could be worth so I could give an accurate price on eBay?
Hi, I am also a seller of minerals and crystals. I sell on eBay and also sell at a few rock and mineral shows in Arizona. It is more of a hobby than a way of making a living... fortunately. By far the best way to really get a feeling for the market is to observe the prices that other people are asking. I go to many rock and mineral shows to shop and I am always comparing prices. If I see something that a person is selling that I already have, I check the price on it. Ebay is another great way of price shopping. Search eBay for malachite or peacock copper that you have and see what people are ask for their specimens. Also, go to their eBay stores. There you can find the asking price of a lot of different material. But you should also check to see what material is selling. (The asking price may be too high.) I could have a price tag of $100 on a quartz crystal. It may not be worth that but I might hope it sells for that. That is something of which you should be aware. The best advice for you is to shop, shop, shop and then shop some more.
