How do i make my brown eyes POP using eyeliner.?
Okay. I use a thin line of liquid eyeliner only on the bottom. ( Under my waterline )
I want to make my boring small dark brown eyes POP.
Without using a buttload of eyeliner!
So i basically need help with a natural look, without using tons of eyeliner to make them sparkle!

P.S. I have dark brown reddish hair && Olive skin.
I would use a plum liner on top and lavender on the bottom. Use a pencil, not liquid. Make sure you don't line on the waterline as this will make eyes look even smaller. You can use a white liner on the bottom waterline to open up eyes. Use a white or light gold shimmery highlighter on the inner corners of eyes. This will make you look brighteyed!
