i called Apple and they said it's my fault!!! it wasn't my fault.
my phone has a screen protector AND a case. i was talking on the phone with someone. i have a giant juicy couture purse that has a SPECIAL POCKET for IPHONES, and i put it in there. i had absolutely nothing in my purse but my wallet and lip gloss which were sitting at the bottom of my purse. i put the purse in my car (i was working out in a park), and drove 10 minutes to get home. i pulled my phone out of my purse and found that the screen is shattered.

i've only had this phone since november. i never drop it. i take good care of it! i didn't get squished!

and you can tell that the screen shatter began right at the speaker at the top.... has this happened to anyone else? how can i get those bastards at apple to cover this? it's still under warranty but they said this is a cause of "external force" meaning ME.
